Tables and chairs will be provided. Pleasesee Exhibitor Application.Do not fix anything to building floors, walls,doors and windows, as you will be heldresponsible for damage to the facility orstandard booth equipment.Call the show manager if you havequestions about whether the facility canaccommodate your display.
BOOTH FLOORS
All booth floors will be hard flooring.
SET-UP
Check in at the show headquarters insidethe mall prior to setting up.Saturday, March 31 at 9am. 
TAKE DOWN
Dismantling of booths allowed
only after 5pm on Sunday 
.
DAILY ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 30 minutes earlyeach day so that your booth is staffedwhen the show starts.
EXHIBITOR BREAKS & LUNCHES
The mall’s food courts will be open for thepurchase of lunches and other snacks.
INFORMATION AND HELP DURINGTHE SHOW
A first aid kit will be available at the showinformation booth.
PARKING
Exhibitors will be allowed access toloading and unloading areas on set-updays, 1 hour before the start of each showday and after the show ends on Sunday.
