This confidential group will help members explore and learn skills to manage relationships with parents, friends, and romantic partners. Additionally, the group will help young people to address difficulties with accepting themselves, social isolation, or a sense of not fitting in. The group will provide an accepting, non-judgmental environment for young people to meet one another, share their experiences and hear those of others, develop greater understanding of themselves, and experience a sense of belonging and acceptance by their peers.
