To clarify the spiritual from the secular consciousness the Jews had two commencements of the year. These are often referred to as the sacred and civil reckonings. It is a key to understanding the structure. In emblematic history the sacred year was first recorded commencing in Exodus, according to which the first month was Abib (see other references quoted). The interval between the two commencements was exactly half a year with each beginning about the vernal-spring (21st March) and the autumnal (23rd September) equinoxes. To understand the messages within Scriptural texts it is important to appreciate patterns, and all references must be only from Scriptural source. Outside suppositions cloud intended meaning of the original writers. So let us look towards the scriptural texts to verify that the number of days in each half year was 180. Over a seven-year period the full year totals 2520 days (= 360 *7) and the Copyright 2012 Gordon Cooke kjvopen@optusnet.com.au

sacred year (half a full year) over a seven year period is 1260 days (= 180 *7). And lets see, from examination of above table, how these symbols of life were depicted within the sacred year in both Pre-Exilic and Post-Exilic recordings. There is no mention in scriptural writings of the Lunar Year days of 354.75 days nor the Solar Year days of 365.35 with the mid-point of 360 days. Neither Lunar Year days nor Solar Year days were holy set-aside types. 29.5 days average of the lunar month and 30.5 days average for solar month motion were never referenced as precepts. However 360 days was recognized in Genesis 7:11 - 8:4 when the story of the flood reckoned thirtyday months. This was similar to the Assyrian year of 360 days, the old Babylon year or early Egyptian year. Gen. 7:24 And the waters prevailed on the earth an hundred and fifty days. Gen. 8:3 And the waters returned from the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. This was a period of 5 months. Gen. 4 continues, And after the ark rested in the seventh month The Genesis types or symbols are recalled in apocalyptic days, for example, recorded in Rev. 9:5l And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. These five months had 30 days each being 150 days. John understood that Genesis days were based on the typical year of 360 days for scriptural metaphorical glyphs. When referring to scriptural types, antitypical and archetypes 30 days a month or 1260 days over a 7-year period needs to be understood. Study carefully the table to see how it all fits neatly together. The above table clearly shows how all the periods in various Books of King James Version build the structure for understanding 1260 days, 1290 days and 1335 days all based on the 30 day month. Types, whether it be 5 months, 1335 days, 1290 days or 1260 days comprise component types some accumulating periods over a 7 year cycle. Each interconnect enables a full impression, the true golden thread width, breadth and height. Think about this carefully and the implications of not recognizing the sacred year when discerning the prophetic days, especially recorded in the Book of Daniel. It is very advantageous to advance a spiritual consciousness as opposed to solely a secular to enhance what is man a conscious, capable, spiritual entity. Lets examine further the division of the Old Testament into two witnesses the Pre-exilic and Postexilic. It will then become evident that types recur in form - the past comprehended to enable the present and future forms to be appreciated.

There are two O.T. witnesses the first temple and the second temple. Many historians fail to realize the importance of following the Davidic line and reigns recorded in scripture. There is a great mystery in scripture that can be resolved and it concerns Dan. 9:24-27 a period of 490 years and this period is broken into three time periods an initial week, 62 weeks and a final week. The Year/Day principle needs to be understood and can be seen in the week which is recorded as a 7 year period of 2520 days which is 360 days times 7. Gabriel's answer lies within verses of Dan. 9:24-27: 9.24 "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end to sins, and to make reconciliation for inequity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision of prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 9.25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and build Jerusalem unto Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks: the street shalt be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 9.27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause sacrifice and oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations, he shall make desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured up the desolate." It is then up to each person to draw conclusions and the impacts of this structure as the ten commandments were always to build the temple. We were never sinners of a multitude of laws.
