In accordance with the requirements of 14 Del.C. §4011,
a secret ballot electionwas conducted through the U.S. mail under the supervision of the Public EmploymentRelations Board. The purpose of the election was to determine whether unrepresenteddesired to be represented for purposes of bargaining.
“Delaware College Preparatory Academy Education Association,DSEA/NEA”
received a majority of the valid ballots cast in this election. Consequently,DCPA teaching, instructional, and nursing staff 
are represented
for the purposes of 
collective bargaining.Any objections to the conduct of this election or to conduct affecting the results of this election must be filed with the Public Employment Relations Board, at the addressabove, within five (5) days of the posting of this Notice.14 Del.C.
