 A clear, brief title – which can bemodified at a later date if necessary –but which gives clear idea of thenature of the project. 
'Locked-In'. (Working Title) 
2. Pitch
Sum up your idea in two lines. Includethe genre, format, duration, usp(unique selling point) and intended audience.
A 5-7min dramatic film about a youngman called Nick who after beinginvolved in an accident is left with arare form of paralysis known asLocked-In Syndrome. The uniqueselling point is the use of mixedmedia, both film and photography. It isaimed at a mature audience due toviolent scenes and strong language. 
3. Rationale
 A brief description of the mainissue/subject which your project willexamine and the approach you intend to take.
'Locked-In' will explore the issue of Locked-In Syndrome as well as lookinginto the breakdown of relationships. Iintend to approach this subjectsensitively and stylistically use photosand narration to further the plotincluding ambient soundscapes.

'Locked-In' will pose the questions of the breakdown of a relationship and if a simple connection between twopeople can last the test of time. It willalso ask if you had committed an actof cruelty on someone and been leftwith this condition as a result wouldyou be able to cope with your bodybeing your prison. I have looked atF.Stop, The Diving Bell and theButterfly and The Entire History of Youas inspiration for my style, story andcharacters. These films have beensuccessful in their own ways but Ihaven't found evidence of this ideabeen done in the direction I wish to
