Development of a Life Lease project intended for mature adults and seniors from the Goan and Indian
Christian Community is envisaged as a means of providing the housing needs for the Retired Community,
where they can share their religious and cultural heritage in a caring environment. The project will be built
on approx. 2 acres of land with the building consisting of 5 to 6 floors, the ground floor will be devoted to the
common facilities. Resident Parking will be underground and Visitor surface parking.

Location will be determined by responses in Part E

Before proceeding further with this development, we are asking for your cooperation in completing this
Survey, which will assist us in our planning and ensure that the project meets the needs and expectations
of our community.

PART B: SUITE FEATURES
1. The following are what we consider standard features provided in all suites:
carpeting in living/dining room and bedrooms
walk-in or large closets, plus linen closet where possible
ensuite storage / laundry room for stacked washer/dryer and laundry tub
