The evacuation and the police's search took approximately two hours. Theflights were delayed, but we did not want to take any chances. Everyone's safety came first," said Ms. Becker. The telephone number, which registered on the George Herald's Newsline cellphone was investigated. Thecall was made from a public telephone in York street.-------------------Your article fails to mention the following:1. Possible 'motives' for WHY anyone, or a woman, might go to the extreme lengths of making a bomb threatto the George Airport, THROUGH YOUR NEWSPAPER.2. That the person making the bomb threat used the following words in relaying her 'bomb threat' to YOUR NEWSPAPER: "Hello, daar is a bomb in the George Lughawe. Dit gaan op elf minute na drie af. Al Qanoon"["Hello, there is a bomb in the George Airport. It is going off at eleven minutes past three (GMT + 2 hrs). AlQanoon"] [By the way three pm is exactly SIX HOURS after NINE AM, which is the time when the firstWorld Trade Center attack occured. NINE PLUS 11 MINUTES = 911? What number do you call in Americato 'alert the police' to 'danger'? Is it 911?]3. That the person making the bomb-threat made THREE calls, NOT TWO. The first call was atapproximately 13:42 hrs, the second and third call approximately 14:00 hrs. The other office she called toinform of the 'bomb threat' was the South African Police Radio Room at (044) 873 6262.
