1. Establish a sense of urgency
Late 2004:Andrew Hunter (Principal) and SimonClarke (Deputy Principal) together presented to the Board of Trustees theidea of a “concept class” to trial a newdirection for teaching and learning withinour school. Dunedin College of Educationalso involved as Action Research.
 
 
2005 – the first concept class
