Ice Cream

By Alexandra Korkou Snchez I.E.S. V. Caada Blanch Londres 4 A 2011-2012 Ice cream, ice cream Is a bore, I wonder what we made it for. Im only jokin, Dont forget Ice cream can be your biggest regret. Ice cream is as sweet as sugar Yummy, creamy and cold, Dont worry, youre never too old! Mint, Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry All of the flavours you can have One, two, three scoops on a single or double cone All piled on one another The different colours, The different shapes And as you hold it, you watch it melt Trickling down the cone. Childrens faces lighten up, At the sound of the ice cream van Run down the road, shout and scream Laugh and jump across the street. Ice cream is a freezer, Cold and cool But ice cream is as delicious as the snow falling down from the sky And you can also have it in the heat as a treat. The scoops are like snow balls Round, cold but with taste Imagine throwing one at your friend And licking your hand because of sweet success. Your heartbroken by the end of the ice cream And as you take my final crunch From the bottom of the of the cone You think to yourself It tasted just like heaven
