TASKBAR KEEPS DISAPPEARING AND CANNOT GET IT BACK W/OUT RESTARTING!

My taskbar keeps disappearing randomly and will not come back until I restart. Once I restart the taskbar comes back and then disappears again. I have looked at the other solutions from people having similar problems and the solutions do not work. The solution is: Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Start Task Manager) Click on the PROCESSES tab Find the "explorer.exe" under IMAGE Name and click on it Click "End Process" (Lower right corner) (This closes the previous explorer desktop) Click on FILE (upper left corner) Click on NEW TASK Type in "explorer" Hit OK button
