Contingency Plan Unfortunately, as of yet our main plans are still forming, so contingency plans will have to be made

on a hypothetical basis for what the original plan is. If we need to do a filming session where our team and/or other actors are required, possible complications could include missing or broken equipment, absent personnel, and bad weather. In the event of missing/broken equipment, depending on other variables, for example if the ambient light is good enough to make do without a lighting set-up filming can continue as planned. However, if filming cant be done without the equipment, filming may have to be delayed for another time. To prevent missing equipment a check list should be performed before heading out to a location, and spares are to be prepared just in case of a failure. In the event of absent personnel, filming may have to be delayed until they are available, or if needed, scripting could possibly be reworked so the scene could be done without them, if the missing person is an actor, if there are missing crew-members if it would otherwise prove impossible to film without them, filming would have to be delayed until they are available. To try prevent missing personnel to the fullest extent, arrangements for filming will be made in advance, to make sure everyone does not have other plans that coincide with the day of filming. When weather causes the complications, depending on how important particular weather is to the scene, filming can either continue as normal, or be delayed until the weather is right, and in the event of really bad weather, filming would again be delayed to prevent any health and safety risks. To prevent losing files, as a back-up for saving to the servers, they should also be saved onto a flash drive or an online cloud.
