MOTIVATION: (How to get the students interested in todays tutoring session?)

Know the student through interviewing him/her; knowing his/her likes and dislikes. Play a guessing game

LESSON ACTIVITIES: (Description of what you will do during the tutorial session. List the techniques that you plan to use.)

The topic is all about subject-verb agreement so I will help my student get familiar with the topic by defining subject and verb. I will discuss on singular and plural subjects and on singular and plural verbs. I will give examples of sentences and ask my student to try to determine what the subject is, and also the verb. I will help ask him/her to try making sentences on his/her own. I will give him/her activity sheet/s about the lesson.

CONCLUSION: (At the end of the tutorial session, what will you do to help them & appreciate the activity? Please include a plan or a follow through for the next tutorial session.)

If the student has a problem in determining the parts (subject and verb), I will teach him/her again on how to identify the parts easily. I will help him/her construct sentences properly. On the next session, Ill try to give an activity to see how much he/she has learned.

EVALUATION: (How will you measure the success of your lesson? You may also mention observations on your session with your student.) I can measure the success of my lesson through what my student has learned. I will evaluate on how much he/she understood the lesson. I will also see if he/she can already understand and do the activities well by her/himself.
