COMES NOW, plaintiff, the United States of America, through its undersigned attorneys,and respectfully states and prays as follows:1.On or about June 27, 2011, a Federal Grand Jury returned an indictment charging violationsof Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841 and 846; and Title 18, United States Code, Section1956(h), among others. Pursuant to Title 21, United States Code, Section 853, upon conviction of an offense in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841 and 846 (charged in Counts Onethrough Four of the Indictment), the defendants shall forfeit to the United States, any propertyconstituting, or derived from, proceeds obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of said violationsany property used, or intended to be used, in any manner or part, to commit, or to facilitate thecommission of the aid violations, including but not limited to the following: a sum of money of atleast Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) in United States currency, representing the mount of  proceeds obtained as a result of the offenses charged.2.If any of the property described above, as a result of any act or omission of the defendantscannot be located upon the exercise of due diligence; has been transferred or sold to, or deposited
