Tothe east it is bounded by 34th Avenue, which isthe principal commercial street o the Madronaneighborhood. The site is bounded by East PikeStreet to the north, which is the preerred streetor parking access to the site. To the north, 34thAvenue winds down to Lake Washington Avenue.Vehicles entering the neighborhood rom theLake enter the commercial zone o Madrona atEast Pike Street.
