Leving Legal Team Reunites Father and Son

CHICAGO, Jan 27, 2012 Attorney Jent Pequeo of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd (http://dadsrights.com) was victorious this week reuniting a Chicago father with his 3 year-old son. Pequeo also successfully advocated for the removal of an Order of Protection against the father. The mother previously filed for Order of Protection alleging neglect on behalf of the father. The order that was then approved by the court is now vacated and the mother has been ordered to pay child support. The important decision, decided by Cook County Judge Martha Mills, should assure the full reunification of father and son and full vindication for the father from any wrongdoing. The young child is now safely home with his father. Dad was relieved to know that he can now raise his son in a safe and nurturing environment.
