In this movie three Christians are called to meet the challenge to make a presentation to acollege philosophy club regarding to a college essay which was written many years ago,lost in a library, and then rediscovered by a current student; that poses a theory as to thetiming of the return of Christ. This isn’t going to be easy and will challenge thecommitment and the faith of each of the three Christians in profoundly different ways.This philosophy club routinely holds topical debates every month on a wide range of issues, but among their favorite topics, the opportunity to humiliate Christians andattempt to cast a shadow of doubt regarding the Divine nature of the Holy Bible is toogood to past up. Already having their appetite teased by a recent downing of an eager Christian student attempting to give a witness for Jesus Christ, but unsuccessfully after the philosophy club attacked him with questions which he was unprepared to give ananswer to satisfy. The philosophy club, which its membership is mostly made up of devote atheist and agnostic students is evermore confident that their next challenger will be defeated even faster than the last one was.After witnessing the humiliating defeat of this Christian student was realized fullyanother overtly zealous Christian student sets up an appointment to give a presentation tothe same philosophy club to debate a controversial report putting forth a theory about thereturn of Christ. The gauntlet has been cast, the challenge accepted and the battle is onlyweeks away. Much preparation is going to be required to stand a chance against anovertly aggressive and confident group of formidable foes.As the Christian student that issued the challenge to the philosophy club prepares for theupcoming battle; he soon realizes that he has been out of fellowship with the Lord andthat his desire for revenge is slipping out of his reach. He turns to his Christian friends oncampus to do what he finds himself unprepared to do himself. And, to his surprise therequest was at first rejected by the only Christian in the group that was mature enough inthe Spirit and in the Scriptures to meet the daunting challenge ahead at the philosophyclub meeting.
