Contribution Reports & Parish Stewardship: A computer issue has caused a delay in preparing the 2011 donation statements, but they should be available by 1/31/12. 2012 Envelopes which have not been picked up have been taken to the Parish Office- contact Diane Black if you have any questions, or want to pick up your envelopes. Thank you. Parish St. Valentine Dinner/Dance: The annual St. Valentine pot luck dinner-dance is set for Saturday February 11th., from 6:30-11:00 PM, in the Parish Hall here at All Saints. A Sign-up sheet is in back of church and you must be signed up by the deadline, Sunday, February 5th, if you wish to come. This allows us to order the right amount of meat, and to plan accordingly. Tickets are $20.00 a couple. Questions? Call Mary Anne or LaVielle Cecil @ 477-6035. 2011 Catholic Service Appeal: As of January 12th, $4,610 had been donated by All Saints parishioners, generously above our goal of $3,750. Gifts can be made online, or by using the envelopes in the back of church. Many thanks! Religious Education for Children: We want to encourage our families to maintain regular attendance at our faith formation sessions and to participate in the weekend Liturgy. Our classroom sessions continue this week as scheduled, beginning in the Parish Hall at 9:45 AM. A gentle reminder to use the restroom before Mass begins. RCIA: The RCIA group continues to meet on Sundays from 9:45-11:15 in the Parish Hall. Archdiocese of Louisville 2012 Catholic Directory: Copies are available at The Record, Maloney Center, 1200 So. Shelby St. in Louisville, at a cost of $21.20 if you pick it up, or $23.85 by mail. The Directory includes a listing of all parishes, schools, Archdiocesan agencies, priests, deacons and religious, Mass schedules and other information. Archdiocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass: Couples celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, & 25 years of marriage in 2012 are invited to a Diocesan Mass of Thanksgiving, celebrated by Archbishop Joseph Kurtz. Family members are also invited to this celebration on Saturday, February 11, at 5:30 PM at Holy Family Parish, 3926 Poplar Level Road. Call Diane Black in the Parish Office to register the deadline is Wednesday, February 1st. Inclement Weather: The parish office will follow the Spencer Co. school system regarding snow days. If schools are closed for inclement weather, the parish office is closed and all parish events, including daily Mass, are also cancelled. AA meets at 7:30 every Tuesday in the parish hall.
