SUBIC HOMES After the American Navy returned the Subic Bay Naval Base to the Philippine Government

in 1991, the former officer's housing facilities had fallen into great disrepair. Paint was peeling off the buildings, walls and ceilings were collapsing and the houses were no longer habitable. The houses one could choose from only fell into two categories: bad and worse. Visitors to the Freeport, as well as locators and investors in the newly developed Freeport and Tourism zone were crying out for better housing options. And so, in late 1996, Subic Homes, Inc. was established to respond to the need for quality housing facilities in the Subic Bay Freeport. The first major event, which occurred only a few weeks after Subic Homes was founded, was the APEC Summit. In just a matter of days, Subic Homes had to make over 100 units ready for various members of the Press and Philippine government who would be in Subic to witness the historic APEC Summit. A great deal of work had to be done overtime just to accommodate the numerous visitors who would be in Subic for that Summit. Subic Homes is located in #56-A Lansones St. Samahan Heights, Binictican, right in the heart of Subic Bay Freeport, at the edge of the forest. The drive is merely a few minutes from various attractions such as the Subic Bay Golf and Country Club, Pamulaklakin Forest Trails, the Subic Bay Yacht Club, Duty Free Shopping Centers and other recreational facilities and the owner now is MR. JAY RAMOS.

HOUSE KEEPING DEPARTMENT

Our meeting place, before we going to our area. And here we get our needs for cleaning our area. And Housekeeping department located at Lansones St.

ANTIPOLO STREET

FACILITIES AND LOCATION I assigned here every Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With ate maricel and ate norma. Before we clean the units we open the puce and water of the unit, and we closed it too after cleaning and leaving the unit, every morning we open the houses or the units, we clean the all units and we always check all the amenities, facilities, utilities especially if they have an insects. If we have a problem then, sometimes I ll be the one to call to the front desk by using the radio, after the maintenance fixed the said problem, we sign to their G.O list, ate maricel teach me how to clean the unit in a short period of time, and every closing time, we close all the units. I experience endorsing guest, and also taking their complained. And before their check out time we are do an inventory to check if they have an additional charges.

FRONT OFFICE

I assigned here every Tuesday and Thursday with miss there and miss anne. Answering phone and radio call is my routine here, on radio call ill take the G.O or the housekeeping s problem in their units. I log it into the log book or to the record book, and then I ll transfer it to the housekeeping department or to the maintenance department. Before the maintenance go to the said area, they re going to the front office for signing there G.O list, and front desk will be the one to sign it. And I also do photo copy, sending and receiving from fax machine, and I also entertained guests for their concerned, and if we have guests settled their reservation, I ll do their deposit key. And I also do an inventory to know how many guest check in every month and every year. Front office located at lansones street.

FRUITS IN ICE CREAM FIC lite Located at lot 2 Maharlika grounds rizal highway subic bay Freeport zone. FRUITS AND ICE CREAM AT ARISTOCRAT

I am a front liner here, with ate Arlene and Jennalyn. Our daily routine here is to greet, entertained take the guests orders and to serve a good service. We open the store every Monday to Thursday at 11:30 am-10 pm, and 10:30 am- 11 pm every Friday to Sunday. Every opening we wash the table and chairs mop the floor and clean the store and the garden, and we mix a yogurt and put it into the machine. And every closing time I ll do inventory the ice creams, toppings, waffle cones and cups. Then I take down it to the report book or sales book. And I sanitized the yogurt machine and remit the daily sales. I also experience receiving the delivery.
