Turn Your Key Be Idle Free
Whether
you’re parked in one of the slots in
the parking lot or waiting in the pick-up line, please keep the air around our school a littlebit cleaner
TURN YOUR KEY, BE IDLE FREE!Ten seconds of idling uses more fuel thanrestarting your engine. Children breathe morequickly and take more air per minute intotheir lungs than adults do which makes them more vulnerable inidling hot spots.

Both drivers and passengers are exposed to higherlevels of vehicle exhaust in an idling vehicle than one in motion.
