Chapter 4 in the table of contents says it all "Responses to Al Qaeda's Initial Assaults". They concluded that Al Qaeda did it before they even wrote this. WTC-7 falls without being hit by a plane; the Pentagon -the world's most protected airspace- is penetrated by a commercial plane; tens of (non-AirFone) cellphone calls are successfully placed from a moving aircraft (not possible with 2001 technology)... too many clues that this whole thing was an inside job.
