mudra: This yoga helps in activating Third eye chakra .Sit with your legscrossed and rest your wrists on your knees, pull your stomach in and spine straight. Takefive deep breaths through your nose but don’t pull your stomach in, pull it out whilebreathing. Once you've expelled the fifth breath, close your eyes and look up to yourforehead while your eyes remain closed. It allows you to focus exclusively on the area of your body where the third eye is positioned. Begin a soft chant of "Om." Breathe in deeplyand expel your breath as you chant. While chanting, imagine the sound of the "om"coming from your third eye in a long ribbon. Remain as still as possible as you focussolely on the area between your eyebrows as the third eye. Continue for 20 minutes,releasing your mudra as necessary if your eyes tire. Resume the pose as soon as possible
