EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pragmatic Leadership Development Program (PLDP) project had been assigned to us in order to help us develop the various skills in us. We were given an induction about the project by our mentor Mr.Piyush Sandhane and we were briefed of how to go about it. Our class was divided into many teams consisting of 4 to 5 students each. Each team were assigned their destination. Our destination was Udaipur and Jodhpur cities in Rajasthan. We were given sales and scale-up project of Akademias program, MBA-Prof and B2B. We went to several under graduation colleges and management colleges in those cities to spread awareness of MBA-Prof and B2B respectively. We spoke to various heads of those colleges through which we got a rough view of education in those cities. We requested them to give us a date for our faculty members to come in there and pitch their students about the program. We got positive response from the colleges that we visited. We also took their contact numbers that will help us in implementation of our future plan of action.
