ABSTRACT: The present article is result from a research realized in the Federal Institute from Mato Grosso/Campus Confresa-MT,

the proposal was to ascertain the desistance and the school reprovation of the pupils from the IFMT campus of Confresa-MT, at year 2010.Having like base the evaluative practice in result of the teaching and learning process. For this, it was necessary firstly an understand about the ways of evaluations existents, and in the sequency establish analysis for the evaluative practice from the educators, in order to present how consolidate this process between the diversity existing in the classes in analysis, once that the Institute watch urban and peasants pupils. Therefore, we had access in statistics data of the classes, from the IFMT technical courses, in year 2010, where was possible to watch how many pupils are enrolled, approved, dropouts and reproved in period, with the data we can establishing a relation how the work with the diversity have been articulated in the educacional purpose in this period. We base mainly in the contributions of Zabala's Theory, Hoffmann, Luckesi and Vasconcelos around the evaluative and the evaluative practice. We present a soon historic about the process of colonization and the formation of population at this region. It was made observations in place from the applied metodologies in the classes analyzed. As a result we present some propositions as a reference, reflexions around of alternatives of strengthening and consolidation from a formative evaluative, based on the principles of a democratic school, inclusive and emancipatory.
