All occupied spaces provided with fresh air more than LEED mandate. Multi glazed energy efficient windows minimizing solar heat gain and thus reducing air conditioning load. Usage of LED light fixtures in the guest rooms and public areas For energy efficiency & better human health. As much as 60% of room stationeries & consumables used are either sourced locally or with recycled content. Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paints and certified wood are used in guest rooms and public areas

AIR: Increased treated fresh air infusion for higher human productivity and better health. WATER: We treat & recycle enough water capable of irrigating 65,000 trees, which aids in sequestering approximately 13,000 tonnes of CO2. ENERGY: We generate enough green energy through self-owned wind farms capable of lighting up the entire Delhi - Mumbai Highway. MATERIAL: 40% of our edible ingredients are procured locally, thus promoting sustainability & reducing carbon footprint.
