METHODOLOGY OF STUDY
For a research to be complete in all aspects, the study of the primary and secondaryresearch is essential. The information gathered from a questionnaire and thevarious interviews conducted have been used as the guiding path towards theanalysis of the low cost airline industry. Further, to the objective of the research,two airlines _____________ have been compared on the grounds of services, price,quality standard, brand value, and customer loyalty.
A questionnaire of 15 questions was prepared and given torandom group of people to respond to.
The questionnaire was used as the basis for the interview of thegroup to analyze the perception and level of trust enjoyed by the twocompanies, and conclusion to the better of the two airlines was drawn.
Internet sources were utilised to research about the price reduction strategiesof the two airlines, and the comparison was done based on the outcome of these strategies.
Online queries were followed to bring out the newer trends in the companies policy towards customer orientation and service delivery.The data thus collected was analyzed and the results were discussed. The preferredhas been highlighted and the differences have been discussed. Also, therecommendations have been provided for both the airlines based on the expectedscope of low cost airline industry.
