I am herewith establishing mycovenant with you and yourdescendants after you... never
again will I curse the ground…
nor will I ever destroy all livingthings
the ground is cursed on youraccount; you will work hard toeat from it as long as you live;you will eat bread by thesweat of your forehead till you
return to the ground… you will
return to the dust
be fruitful, multiply, fill theearth and subdue it
it is called Babel [confusion]
