You Are In Pain.Does Anyone Care?
You must live with the limitations that occurs whenyour body prevents you from moving because of theintractable pain you have experienced. Our friendsand family members try to be helpful, but after theyleave, it is you who must lie in bed debilitated anddisabled.
Pain is life’s window into hell. We do everything possibleto eliminate and avoid pain. When we have a cavity, thedentist will give us medicine so we don’t feel pain. If wehave surgery, the doctor will put us to sleep so we don’tfeel pain. The pharmaceutical industry makes billions of dollars a year for creating pills to reduce and eliminatepain. Our bodies are amazing. Our mind tells us when we havepain so that we stop doing the activity that is causing it.Our mind also tries to make us forget about the horriblepain we have experienced in the past. That is why whensomeone we know tells us
they are in pain, we canrelate on some level but never truly “feel” their pain.

STATEN ISLAND PLASTICSURGEON HAS LICENSESUSPENDED-IMMINENTDANGER TO PATIENTS
According to a report in the NY Post, Dr. RobertCattani, a cosmetic surgeon from RichmondCounty, Staten Island, has recently had hislicense suspended after a long history of leavinghis patients 'maimed and disfigured'.Over the course of 30 years, Cattani had beensued no fewer than 40 times, while authoritiesand advocacy groups managed to do absolutelynothing about it. The state Health Departmentand the Center for Medical Consumers, a non-profit group, admit that the writing was on thewall for a long time. The Office of ProfessionalMedical Conduct was notified of complaints asearly as 2003.Earlier this December, however, New YorkHealth Commissioner Nirav Shah suspended Dr.Cattani's license. A disc

iplinary board is nowholding a hearing on his case, which may lead toa permanent suspension or revocation of hislicense.Examples of Cattani's infractions are harrowing. In 2005, a preschool teacher lost sight in one eyeafter an eyelid lift. A 2007 liposuction resulted ina perforated bowel. In 2009, a woman left herlower-face-and-neck lift operation with thickscars painful enough to keep her awake. A 2010tummy-tuck operation ended in life-threateningblood loss and kidney failure. Cattani wasaccused of blocking EMS from assisting at thetime.
Two key issues arise when a doctor loses hislicense to practice and when he has a historyof so many prior lawsuits against him.
(1) Can we tell the jury at trial that he has lost hislicense to practice medicine?”

Jimmy Changa goes to theFrench Embassy
The Iranian President did a double-takewhen he walked in the door. Hesquinted at Jimmy wondering if this wasreal. In that split second of decidingwhether this was real or not he came tothe conclusion that it was the real deal.He walked up to “Jimmy” a/k/a theAyatollah and bowed deeply. Then hegave him a hug and kiss on bothcheeks. Jimmy grabbed his hand andheld it. The president started talking inPersian. Jimmy just smiled. After sevenseconds of smiling, he knew. This man had 12 years and 2 monthsleft to live. It was time to beat a hastyretreat. The French ambassador waswatching this little display from 3 feetaway.Jimmy coughed. That was the signal. Then he sneezed. That was the nextsignal. Blood started pouring fromJimmy

s mouth. Jimmy
ʼ
s guards rushedto Jimmy and pushed the Iranianpresident away. They grabbed Jimmyand made a phalanx of armed men andproceeded to barrel him out of the room, down the staircase, in to the ornatelobby and right out the front door.On cue, Jimmy
ʼ
s heavily armored limopulled up and the entire contingency ofthe fake Ayatollah and accompanyingguards were now safely ensconced inthe limo, speeding to the airport. The French ambassador and the Iranianpolitician had no idea what had justhappened. They assumed the worst. The politician was most confused. On the ride to the airport, all the guardspulled off their costumes. Jimmy wastoying with the idea of walking throughthe airport with this Ayatollah

costume.Then he realized that wouldn
ʼ
t be such awise move.A secure satellite phone was ready andwaiting for Jimmy in the limo. He wassilently handed the phone and he spokeonly a few words. No pleasantries wereexchanged.“12 years and 2 months.” Jimmy thenhung up. His mission was done. It wasMiller time now. They only had to get outof the country now and back home to hisown people.Jimmy was given a passport with thename Ashraf Somaligi. He was anIndonesian carpet bagger. His guardswere also given fake identities withsimilar passports. Only two of theguards would be joining Jimmy on theplane back to the United States. Theothers were dispersing through Europe. They would ultimately make their wayback to D.C. separately.Jimmy checked in no problem. His twoguards also checked in without aproblem. They had left their weapons inthe limo.Jimmy was sitting in first class. One ofhis guards was also sitting in first class, behind and across the aisle from him.The plane was scheduled to take off at10pm Iranian time. The takeoff wasdelayed by 30 minutes. Theannouncement said they were told toexpect a high-ranking official to join theplane.30 minutes later a group of cars sweptup to the plane sitting on the tarmac. 3minutes later someone sits down next toJimmy in First class. Jimmy looks to hisright and almost loses it. It was theIranian President.
