Purpose of Project:
•
Boost the SWBN FriendFeed room membership to be the largest female businessroom on FF
•
Establishing a community of SWBN followers
•
Creating social proof of business competence, innovation and community building
Background:
•
The SWBN is a newly started web business that will be offering a continuity basedteaching program
•
Potential SWBN members will not have seen the SWBN founders working as they doso in niche areas that are not visible to other people.
•
In creating this project the SWBN members will see a project take place before theireyes at the same time as helping build a community
•
Using FriendFeed as a teaching platform is innovative, and using the project within aproject method will ensure there is community building
Deliverables:
Examples of what could be included in the Deliverables section are:
•
Ensure membership is more than the next nearest Women’s business FriendFeedRoom using daily metrics
•
The measure of success will be to ensure that number remains steadily the largestnumber for a period of a month.
•
All members of the SWBN room will be privy to, and part of, every project stage
