Old loyal TVS scooty customers will be summoned for an official

meet in the month of March 2012. Customers must be motivated to
participate in the meet by availing good opportunities to take benefit of:
The program must be done under the TVS-Kashmir Motors Banner (Sang
hai Parivar)
A good welcome note should be a beginning.
Customers must be made feel important and their time should be valued.
Renewal of any lapsed scooty service
Free maintenance check for the vehicle
Customers must be promised due attention & service and same should be
delivered to win the customer heart.
Refreshments must be provided to customers
Meet can be organised in different phases with the customer number of
50 in first phase of it.
Customers must be encouraged as brand ambassadors of TVS scooty so
that they help others in forming an opinion while purchasing the twowheeler.
Feedback must be collected from the customers with contact details &
their opinion about TVS scooty so that no scope is left for any
disadvantage of our scooty. Design of the feedback form is shown below*
