Project goal
The students used the english language to get information concerning the British
culture and way of living. Thus, they soon realised the real value of learning a
foreign language, that is to communicate messages and acquire knowledge
through authentic English texts.
A further goal achieved was to familiarise students not only with the foreign
culture but also with their very own traditition and culture. Last but not least, the
students realised the importance of people being different and at the same time
extraordinary and unique. They comprehended how important it is to co-exist,
communicate and cooperate. They eventually experienced the significance of
appreciating and valuing what differentiates others from us and us from others.
