Taylor Cup Winter Meetings Jan. 21, 2006 1.

. Matt Taylor elected Taylor Cup Commissioner for life or until said commission resigns. 2. League expansion is supported; however, teams must be finalized by March1 every year. Taylor Cup Commissioner will make final determination on new teams entering into the league with former Taylor Cup members having 1st dibs. 3. Kick-off Classic will be 2nd Saturday of March. For the 2006 Taylor Cup Season, the Kickoff classic will be held Saturday, March 11. The location will be base on aeration schedule and course condition. 4. The Final Four will be held the 2nd or 3rd weekend in October based on Ga. Techs football schedule. Once Ga. Tech announces their season schedule in March, the Final Four date will be set. Final Four participants will determine the location of the Final Four. Reigning Champs or the 1st seed will have the tie-breaking vote to select the location amongst the Final Four participants. The reigning champs will be responsible for doing the legwork for proposing/finding the Final Four locations. The Final Four location should be within 5-6 hour drive of Atlanta (Hilton Head, St. Simons, Panhandle of Fl, will be the outer limits). All agreed, Final Four should be a golf weekend to be enjoyed by all Taylor Cup members, friends and family. Please reserve the 2nd or 3rd weekend in October for a golf weekend. 5. All matches must be played within the scheduled month or both teams receive a loss*. If you can make-up your match prior to Sept. 30 without interfering with other matches, the outcome will be recorded in your official record. The league does not recognize ties and ties will be counted as a loss after Sept. 30. 6. September 30 is the end of the season with no exceptions. 7. If teams are tied for entering the Final Four, the head-to-head match will be used as a tie-breaker. If 3 or more teams are tied, the play-in will be held the 1st Saturday in October. If a team is unable to play the 1st Sat, this team will not be in the Final Four.

8. League dues for 2006 season will be $50 per player/ $100 per team. The champs will receive the Taylor Cup Trophy and the dues. The 2nd place team will receive their dues back. 9. Bobby Yarnell and his family members and decedents are excluded from the Taylor Cup League into perpetuity. Other discussions and inherently obvious facts of the Taylor Cup League:

1. The league is a weekend league and matches should be played on the weekends. 2. League rules, grievances and decisions are based on Taylor Cup Common Law that have been established over the past 9 years. 3. Winter Meeting will be held every winter to ensure the continued success of the league. 4. If a league member is willing to pay all expenses of the final four participants, the final four can be held anywhere. 5. Slow play is a scourge to league play and should be eliminated. 6. All the rules, penalties, etc for not completing ones matches are incentives to have all matches played. All wins and losses should be decided on the golf course and not by manipulating the rules. 7. Colsons are being watched. 8. Mr. Webb2, Mr. Owens, and Mr. Perkins have formed a subcommittee to determine the rules and grievance procedures to abolish league members from the league. Subcommittees finding and reports will be presented at the 2007 Winter Meetings.
