Target List
Sit alone at some idle time and make your target list: Target? What do you want to have in coming years / months / days Target could be a house, car, mobile.

Target List
Example If you want to purchase a mobile phone of Rs. 30,000/- in 3 months, try this: GMI Plan: 3/3A, for which company pays you $30 for each 3/3. Rs. 30,000 / 3 months = Rs. 10,000 / month GMI pays you every Monday, there are 4 Monday in a month: Rs. 10,000 / 4 weeks = 2,500 / week 3/3 = $30 => Rs. 2,520 Hence your target is to achieve one 3/3 in one week in your Tree, which team effort of your team.

2. Selection: Like in a house of wedding, we first make name list, then we select or filter number of people to be invited from each family. Tool used for this selection in GMI is: MAN M = Money A = Authority N = Need

Person having Money, Authority, Need is Category A and should be targeted first. Person missing any single of Money, Authority, Need is category B. Person missing any two of Money, Authority, Need is category C and most difficult target.

3. Invitation: (IMPORTANT) Invitation is the most important component of GMI Circle and should be properly handled. Telephonic invitation is the best invitation. In case of physical invitation, following should be considered: Formal Dressing: imagine person with stupid dressing, inviting you for a
multi million business. Smiling Face: Imagine person with sad and worried face inviting you for a multi million business. Interest: Show your interest in the business.

Excitement: Show your excitement for the business. Suspense: Keep suspense about the business. Duration (should not be more than 3-5 min.)

GMI Circle:
4. Tune up / T. up: When your contact has reached GMI Support Centre, give him little excitement about Business. Tell your contact to switch off the mobile when in Presentation. Tell your contact to give full attention to business Presentation. Tell your contact to keep questions in mind, to be discussed once presentation is over. But Secrets are still secrets..

5. Presentation: Your Senior shall conduct the Presentation or Opportunity Class. Accompany your Contact and give full Attention to Presentation.

6. Tune up / T. up: After presentation, your contact shall be 100% willing to join or will be having certain queries in mind. Ask Questions, and clarify if any queries. If some new question, take your contact to your Senior or Presenter.

7. Vaccination: Once all questions are clear, your contact shall be 100% willing to signup. We need to vaccinate our contacts at this time: Example:
Contact left with a promise to come tomorrow and sign up. Moral:100% He leaves and on way stops by this best friends, talk to them about business. Of course being not trained enough, he can not explain properly. Friends laugh and tell him it be a fraud etc. Moral: 80% Reaches home and discusses it with parents. Parents tell him, we never saw such Moral: 50% a business ever in our life, this is fraud etc. At night, elder brother comes home. When discussed, similar comments are received. Moral: 25% Thinking all are telling it to be fraud or something, your contacts sleep.. In morning: Moral: 0%

7. Vaccination: Tell your contact the complete example mentioned in previous slide. Tell your contact that if he wants to be successful in business, he needs to learn more and have trainings etc. Tell your contact that for consultancy, one should consult personnel from relevant field. For health related consultancy, once consults doctors. For online business related consultancy, one should consult people who are successful in same field.

8. Give Will: Inform your contact about Support Centre and its functionality. Give will to your contact that he/she is not alone and we are here to help him out. Give will, that we will all grow together as a team.

9. Follow up: (IMPORTANT) 1st Follow up should be taken with in 24 hours. Best follow up is to see contact personally. Talk about different interests of life and in between inquire if there is any query related to GMI. Clear queries or consult Senior for any queries you are not familiar with.
