5. Accessing or Adding to your ExistingRegistration:
Forgot which workshop you areto attend? If you would like to view your registration and invoice or would like to add toyour registration simply re-access your existingonline registration account. Once you are inyour account, click on the text at the top of thepage in the green box that states, "You havealready registered for this conference. If youwould like to see your current registration clickhere..."
6. Volunteer!
Volunteers play an important roleat the conference and we invite you to consider volunteering your time at one of the manylocations around the conference facility. It's achance to have fun, work with a great group of people, and earn $75 reimbursement towardyour paid Thursday and/or Friday "GeneralConference" registration! Complete the volun-teer form at http://tinyurl.com/ICE2012volunteer to join in!
7. Hotel Information:
We encourage allconference attendees to stay at the PheasantRun Resort and Conference Center in St.Charles, Illinois. We have negotiated specialrates for people who attend the conference, sowhen you make your reservation, be sure tomention that you are attending ICE Conference2012 to get the special rates. Check the ICEConference website for details.
8. Registration Changes/Cancellations:
Allconference registration cancellations had to besubmitted by Feb. 2, 2012. If you find youcannot attend the conference as registered, youmay send someone to attend the conference inyour place. Follow the directions posted on theregistration webpage for details. 
9. Have a great time at the conference!
We’re looking forward to seeing you at ICEConference 2012!Here are some basic tips that will get you startedas you plan your conference activities:
1. Bring and Wear your Name Badge:
Your name badge is your “ticket” to enter theconference. You must wear your badge while youare attending the conference. (A badge holder willbe provided upon arrival at the conference.) If youpaid fees by Feb. 2, your name badge was mailedto you; be sure to bring it with you! Pick up your badge upon arrival at the conference if it was notmailed to you.
2. Conference Day Schedule:
Don’t miss our “After Hours Events” listed on thenext page!Tuesday, Feb. 28: 8:30am-3:30pm. Pre-registration for full-day workshops was required.Wednesday, Feb. 29: 8:30am-3:30pm. Pre-registration for full-day and half-day workshopswas required. On-site registration for workshopswill not be available. Featured Presentationregistration will remain open until filled to capacity.Thursday, March 1: 8:00am-4:30pm. Pre-registration was required for half-day workshops.General Conference registration will remain openthrough the conference days.Friday, March 2: 8:00am-4:00pm. Pre-registrationwas required for half-day workshops. GeneralConference registration will remain open throughthe conference days.
3. Parking:
If the large lot at the Pheasant RunMegaCenter is full, overflow parking will beavailable at the Hilton Garden Inn across thestreet with shuttle bus service to Pheasant Run allthrough the day.
