4494 Feb 21, 2012 The Pasadena Unified School District RECORDS REQUEST Dear Records Request Officer: In light of the recent scandal at the Miramonte School in Los Angeles, the Pasadena Star-News is conducting an inquiry into local school districts. Pursuant to the state open records act, I request access to and copies of the district policy on teacher conduct, the policy for reporting and investigating claims of misconduct, and the status of any and all investigations into teacher misconduct dating back to the 2006-07 school year. I would also like copies of any forms sent to the state demanding the revocation of teacher credentials due to misconduct dating back to the 2006-07 school year. In the interest of public disclosure, I expect any and all fees to be waived.
