(a) All AYNLA National and Local officers and members will adopt a standardized title inreverence for the position which they are appointed or elected.(b) The use of standard titles and references will only be applicable when referring to an officerduring official meetings, conventions, conferences and events of the Alliance. The use ofstandardized titles may also be in a form of writing used during releasing of memoranda,circulars, notices and the like.(c) Standard reference titles given to all members of the Alliance are used within the bounds ofthe organization and should not be used externally.(d) Standard reference titles will be in used verbal and written consistently:
