Tim Darnell sued me, Soapboxmom, and got tossed out on his ear again. He had his sickening restraining order dissolved and will get no injunction. I won the case in Summary Judgment. Darnell and his attorney, Jason Charles Ciarochi did not produce one single false statement that I had made. This totally frivlous and groundless harassment suit just reinforces that Tim Darnell is no Christian and has no integrity. His attorney Jason Charles Ciarochi files things without any regard for the facts, the evidence or his ethical obligations as an attorney.
