for an order relievingit from the final judgment in favor of defendants CulbroCorporation and General Cigar Co., Inc. (collectively,"Defendants" or "General Cigar") on Cubatabaco's claim ofunfair competition under New York law. Upon the priorproceedings and the conclusions set forth below,Cubatabaco's motion is granted.
