General Comment: Some nice features but a lot of work to be done here to get this to the appropriate standard: Cover: y y y y Top banner needs two more names to fill space and make it look value for money Obviously, original photo needed. Resizing to fill the space and to blur segmental look needed. No date Cover lines need to be positioned more carefully bottom page might work better when you have resized your photo. Also need to be more succinct.

Contents: y y y DPS: y y y y y y y Odd that your cover star is not featured in your DPS. Original photo needed and less floaty on the page. Red text very difficult to read. Presentational devices need to be included to format text. More writing needed to fill space. Errors in technical accuracy need to be eliminated: proof read. Columns needed on one page only, rather than across the spine. End article with promotional info. Practical Draft Level: 2c (with own shots) What formats have you looked at where this looks authentic? Too much wasted space under contents title and boxes and text size overlarge. Anchorage over artist needs to be moved to the bottom. Again, original shot needed that reflects your chosen genre more appropriately.
