By Wednesday, February 29, 2012, all parties shall serve and file their proposed Congressional redistricting plans for New York State, along with detailed explanations of how those plans comport with applicable law and the Courts mandate. Responses and objections to the parties proposed plans, as well as to the proposed Common Cause Congressional redistricting plan, shall be filed by Friday, March 2, 2012. Additionally, by Wednesday, March 7, 2012, defendants shall file paragraph-by-paragraph answers to plaintiffs Complaint and general denials of the four intervenor-plaintiffs complaints, including any affirmative defenses. Finally, as agreed by the parties, LATFOR shall make available all data requested by Professor Persily.
