Light Fixtures & Gutters
—Exterior light xtures have been installed on all new buildings and front gutters will be going up soon.
—We have hired a new company,Balforn Landscape, though Ash will still be on the property for the next 60 days. Check our FB page for anupdated Sprinkler Repair number soon.

You can get in touch with the RTL HOA Board by contacting Kent Taylor at Leland Management. The Board will meet the third Tuesdayof each month at 7:00PM in the Clubhouse. Meetings are open to all homeowners & residents who wish to attend.
Lennar Is Gone & Gates Are Closed
— Now thatLennar has completed all construction, the gates will beclosed at all times. See contact information for LauraMills below if you still need a gate code or remote.
—The HOA will mulch the neighborhood whenfunds are available. In the meantime, you are allowedto mulch your own property if the following criteria aremet: (1) use brown cypress chips, and (2) get approvalof the Architectural Review Committee. Approval can be obtained by ling the proper form. See p. 2 or p. 6 for how to obtain the forms.
