Description

These skill tests are based on the system that CrossFit Seattle uses for setting standards and goals in the advancement of individual abilities. This is a great tool for CrossFitters just starting out that might not have their own personal records to compare themselves against yet.

Please keep in mind that these are just loose guidelines to help, not laws to die by. I added some other standards of abilities that I felt would be interesting to use as well and that I would like to have had back in the beginning. I also wanted to make the sheet a bit more of a "fill it out as you go" sort of format so that it could be kept right with a log book and checked off as people went.

Thank you to CrossFit Seattle for providing such in depth standards and skill levels for the rest of the CrossFit community, we are all better athletes because of your creative initiative.
