FRB 10 Watt PLL

R15, the bias adjustment, controls the output level from 0 to 10 watt nominally. Q1 is mounted on
top of a copper heat spreader that is bolted to both Q1 and the heat sink beneath it. Use thermal
compound on both the back side of the transistor and the copper piece side that contacts the
heat sink
