Why change Prevention tickets process


We change the process for handling tickets that are escalated to the Prevention team Currently no clear responsibilities for problem resolution towards customer No push from CS agents to get issues resolved Tickets appear to be closed while they are not Too much copy pasting

Sub-optimal problem resolution for client!

Key take-away: YOU remain responsible for handling the ticket!


In specific instances escalation to the Prevention team is necessary, however You are responsible for follow up and handling the ticket with the customer under all circumstances

Not Prevention

The ticket will be put on Pending as long as the problem is not solved for the customer

Not closed to handover to Prevention

When you need feedback from prevention because a Code is not active or there was No Delivery or a Misatke in delivery
