In section 3.1 the text says that del.ico.us is characterized as a "blind tagging" system, ie. users cannot see other tags while tagging. To my understanding this is not true. Del.icio.us offers a tag recommendation system and the user can see what she, her network, or everyone has tagged for a specific URL, cf. http://www.mprove.de/script/07/icom/b...
