Lever Assembly (Photo 6) Location on Bridge: Function: Dimensions: Weight: Condition: Operability: Inside the Control House Manual controls that operated the engine throttle and brake, and engaged the various operating mechanisms allowing the bridge to swing. Approximately 4-0 x 4-0 plan area, approximately 4-0 high Approximately 750 pounds Appears to be intact. Surface rust and peeling paint present. Paint is likely lead based. There is a potential for asbestos in the clutches as well. Unknown

Bridge Rotation Indicator Face & Stand (Photo 7) Location on Bridge: Function: Inside the Control House The rotation indicator face and stand showed the relative open-closed position of the Bridge as it swung. It was driven off the main drive shaft. The plans of record indicate that the back of the indicator dial face is enscribed with King Bridge Co. Approximately 2-0 x 2-0 plan area, 3-6 high Approximately 200 pounds Appears to be intact however face markings may be gone. Surface rust and peeling paint exist. It is likely that the paint is lead based. Unknown
