CLAIM

THE PLAINTIFF CLAIMS:
a)
 
A declaration that the defendant has breached its employment contract withthe plaintiff;
b)
 
A declaration that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fairdealing to the plaintiff;
c)
 
A declaration that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fairdealing in the manner it dismissed the plaintiff;
d)
 
A declaration that the plaintiff was denied natural justice with respect to thedecision of the defendant to terminate him;
e)
 
Damages estimated in the sum of $600,000.00 representing the salary due tothe plaintiff over the term of his employment contract;
f)
 
Damages estimated in the sum of $1,400,000.00 representing the lostopportunity of contract renewal the plaintiff suffered as a result of theunlawful termination of his employment
g)
 
Damages estimated in the amount of $100,000.00 representing the lostbenefits as a result of the plaintiff’s unlawful termination;
h)
 
Aggravated and/or punitive damages in the sum of $300,000.00;
i)
 
Pre-judgment and post-judgment interest in accordance with the provisions of section 128 of the
Courts of Justice Act,
R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended;
 j)
 
Costs of this action on a substantial indemnity basis plus G.S.T.;
k)
 
Such further and other relief as this Honourable Court deems just.
