Winter, 2012San Luis, Santa Bárbara, HondurasGod is good and has blessed us richly this year. Since April we have had the privi-lege to be home in the US, allowing us to do some much needed visitation of support-ers and deputation. I enjoy, so much, being able to visit and get to know those of youwho have been supporting us. We have not been ableto make it to all of the churches that we would like tovisit, but I am having services on some weekends tocover a few more places. If we have not made it toyour area, and you would like a visit please drop usan email or give the mission a call and we will do ourbest to see that that happens. As the total goes rightnow, we have traveled somewhere around 16,000miles so far. There are several questions that we have received in our travels so I will try to giveyou an update on those things so you may continue to pray for us:The accident that I was involved in about two years ago has been a very difficultsituation. I had understood this incident was resolved and closed before our familycame home from Honduras in April, but shortly afterward Zack Robberts received acall from the insurance company saying they were still wanting to speak with me.When he told them I was out of the country, it seemed to put an end to it all. I praythat it is a closed matter now.We have been working on drilling a well on ourproperty in San Luis. We have had many difficul-ties with the drilling process including continualmechanical problems with the well drilling rig.One time while drilling, the $5000 drill bit camedisconnected from the drilling stem and wethought we had lost the bit in the 132 foot hole.We stopped, had prayer and then began to try tofind the bit. We found it suspended in mid-air andwe were able to recover it! With the many setbacks we had with the well drillingprocess, the decision was made to put this project on hold until we return to San Luisin July of 2012. This new well is desperately needed. Many times when we turn onthe water we can smell the sewer has gotten mixed in with the clean water. Manytimes the clean water pipe will lie in the same ditch where the sewer drains and ifthe clean water pipe gets broken the sewer can get into the clean water pipe. This is
