"I happen to take my dog to that park across the street from his (Marc Sarnoff) at 3000 Shipping Ave, where I personally witnesses Marc Sarnoff beat the shit out of his beautiful dog in front of his house. He literally picked up his dog by the neck and started to repeatedly bang the dog's head against his wooden front door. When I say 'repeatedly', I mean a good full minute of infuriating slams of this poor dog's head hard enough to make me wonder what the banging was all about all the way across the street. My back was to his house and the banging made me turn around because I was curious to see what the sound was. There he was, still in his long sleeves and tie, with the dog (all four legs off the ground) releasing all the stress he must have. I mean this guy was releasing can of woop-ass without realizing that people were watching. As soon as Marc Sarnoff was done beating up his dog, he grabbed the dog and dragged it off his property, leaving it outside on the sidewalk and he closed the gate. The dog was confused. It sat by the front gate staring at the house. After leaving the dog outside, Marc Sarnoff walked into his home and shut the front door. 20 seconds later (a woman who seemed to perhaps be his wife) came out to open the gate for the dog so it could come back into the driveway. I told others that were next to me what I had just witnessed and they were all upset at what I saw. They all waited to see if he would come back out and do something to the dog again. Unfortunately, when Marc came back out, he had someone waiting for him (in what seemed to be an explorer suv) and he got in the car and left. At the moment of the incident, I didn't know it was the commissioner (since I don't follow politics and had never seen him before) until I did my own research through the property appraiser for the owner of that house and I was able to get his name. I googled his name and saw pictures of him, confirming it was him indeed. "
