As such an action may have violated New Mexicoelection law and may be punishable as a 4
degree felony, I am writing to express my deep concernabout this matter. The unnamed Albuquerque man was quoted in the KOB story as saying,
“[I] made up a birthdate, and I made up a social security number and I had a voter registration card in my handfor Buddy two weeks later."
Such a wanton violation of NMSA 1-20-3 is extremely disquieting tome as a citizen.
