This was included as an exhibit in my Complaint. Just to put these gross numbers in persective, according to the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau, New York City (one of the nation's most populated and diverse cities) has a racial makeup as follows: non-Hispanic Whites account for 33.3%, African Americans 25.5%, Hispanics 28.6%, and Asians 12.7%. Now compare that to the racial makeup of William Morris. Is race a prerequisite to be an Agent? One would think so. Is this okay to you? It's quite interesting that in employment, particularly within Corporate America, post-racial America looks eerily similiar to pre-Civil Rights of '64 America. Open your eyes to the bigger picture!

Sidenote: Given the fact that "race" is a social construct and no "pure race" exists, it's impossible for the Census Bureau to accurately determine the racial make up of our nation. This explains why when one adds up the percentages of each "race" listed on their website (http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/36/3651000.html), it totals to more than 100%. However, I included this information to give you an idea that based on the numbers alone, an inference of discrimination exists. The racial makeup of the company is statistically significant, and not due to chance. It's simply the result of the company's intentionally discriminatory practices, polices and/or procedures.
